GER's powers don't work as a universal "no" but rather as a protective measure against VERY specific forms of offence. Unfortunately people don't get that because there's so much nonsense on the web these days. Whis would win.

You need some super high level reality warping vs Whis cuz GP is the only one who can "kill" Whis.

No you are the one who need proof that Whis can negate his Causality manipulation(which he hasn't shown to) or else it's still a Stalemate and sealing won't work since it's an action

@badrimoine2019: No, that not how hax work. Either GER has feats of over coming power sealing or he gets his ability sealed. You don't give characters hax resistance unless they have feats to back it up.

Again Whis hasn't shown the ability to seal causality manipulation ability , you can have power nullification but that doesn't mean you can power null abilities that you haven't shown to do it also sealing is an action which can be reversed back to zero

Also Whis has never shown to seal characters let alone theire abilities, Idk know wtf did you get that

@badrimoine2019: Power sealing come from merus who is an angel. Nothing merus done really surprised whis who would nave the same ability as him. Also you need to show proof of GER over coming sealing hax or he does not get resistance to it.

Merus sealed moro cellular regeneration, his power absortion and his energy stealing powers were all sealed. I will post scans later when I get back to my pc.

Here is Merus power sealing Moro power abortion ability and regeneration. Moro was no longer able to regenerate after Merus final attack thus sealing his regeneration ability.

This needs more context. He broke the gems which contained Piccolo’s regeneration. He didn’t seal them in any particular way. This is the same thing as Vegeta ripping off 19’s hands.

@heatwave666: We see moro not being able to regenerate the gem in his right or left hand before merus final attack. Moro head gem was still in tack, yet he couldn't regenerate the hand gems like when merus rip off his arm arm earlier. Moro regeneration had already been seal by then. I just use the final attack from Merus since it was most evident.

Depends on how GER works. I am pretty sure Whis cannot hurt GER since GER can reverse time to avoid attacks. However, can GER beat Whis is a question. This statement depends on how's GER's revert death to zero works. If you believe statements in EOH game, then GER's power is said to be comparable to Johnny Joestar's golden spin. Then GER probably creates infinite-scale energy to trap opponents into a time loop or something. If it works like that, GER probably can trap Whis. However, that's pure inference since the game itself doesn't explain the principle. In canon, no one knows GER's power scale.
