He can beat all the live action ones for sure, although I am not sure about him getting a majority over DCEU due to his gear. He can also beat Earth One Batman. That's about it. Arkham Batman would wreck him, as would DCAU, and comic Batman would stomp.

Gotham Knight Batman would wreck MCU Cap. The guy punched sniper bullets out of the air, he punched Deadshot so hard the impact of Deadshot's head created a head-shaped dent on trail steel, he covered the distance of 20ft from a standstill in the time it takes to blink:

The distance covering feat is something post-crisis Batman's replicated and even shown better speed feat than at times.

In the scarecrow episode he was crossing the sewer with Arkham style speed and threw a single guy hard enough to knock over several guys like dominos. Then in another episode where he was training to feel zero pain he punched a guy so hard he slid back about ten feet and started throwing up.

None of them are close to Cap. He isn't only astronomically stronger than Bat, he is faster than Bat, extremely skilled, and extremely durable.

He can potentially beat Miller Batman from TDKR but unsure about him though. The dude was ripping car roofs apart with his bare hands, IIRC.

Animated movie versions, Arkham Batman, Post-Crisis Batman and New 52 Batman curbs Cap. Not sure about Rebirth Batman so not gonna comment on him.
