Which Live-Action Characters Could Actually React To FOX Quicksilver?

@oraculi: True, but considering the fact they're rockets wouldn't they have to be faster than bullets to go unnoticed?

Dark Phoenix, Apocalypse (after he adapts, not before), Smallville Superman (from what I've heard; never got into it).

I don't think CW speedsters can do it atm. Quicksilver was considerably faster than Kurt's teleportation.

2)Storm and Cyclops were actively falling

3) A bullet moved about 48 inches during the entire scene

He clearly wasnt going his fastest

And or Storms lightning moves slower than normal lightning.

Also Jeans' hand motions were slower than QS, her head never moved but the TK was more or less along the same lines of what happened when Apoc caught him off guard.

She can react to QS, but he is still faster than her by a pretty wide margin.

Now regarding justice league, that's harder to measure since Barry was not in a straight line

the initial time freeze the debris is frozen, when the speed force sparks off of other objects the spark debris becomes a lot less consistent because as I pointed out earlier speed force lightning does not operate like normal lightning.

What i'm saying is that, she will not be able to statue to league based on the scene.

also take note that in X-Men Apocalypse during the mansion speed, Quicksilver used superpeed while in superspeed ( in frozen timemode) that was not the case in X-Men Dark Phoenix.

probably even Mach 1 at best (below super sonic) because if the bullet moved 48 inches (assuming to be Mach 3 at best) then the lightning would have to move at least 16 inches at best to even be considered mach 1 (which is a highball because it barely even moved) which would place it at mach 1 or sub sonic.

Actually ima say the bullet is Mach 3 at max, just to highball since the distance is quite far it could have moved 48 inches as well from the view, but its hard to tell. Also after rewatching the scene, the stream of lightning still has smaller fissures that are still moving.

plot or wildly inconsistent, regardless, QS was operating no where his top speed since there was noticeable movement of things that were massively slower.

That camera feat ? Well , in the very next scene he appears in Nora and her friend were able to see him coming , and then he fails to catch a rookie Nora and gets tagged by radiowaves(Which are light speed). he isn't FTL.

Both Nora and Godspeed were moving faster than Radio waves. So that's another FTL feat for them. As is the camera feat.

If he is faster than radio-waves , couldn't he have reacted to it ?
