Which Character Would Get The Biggest Amp With Morals Off?

when saying "biggest amp" i'm talking comparatively to their power with morals on (not necessarily who would be the strongest character period with morals off)

I'm thinking a morals off Black Bolt would have a huge amp in his destructive capability but I'd like to hear your answers

Meliodas gets a pretty crazy amp when he loses his emotions.

Surfer or Martian Manhunter are the two biggest examples that come to mind. Maybe Strange or Scarlet Witch?

Those are pretty good examples of potential teambusters that never reach that due to (usually) morals alone.

Raven, goes from teamplayer to teamstomper when she looses it.

For street, Night Crawler and Cloak would be up there.

Superman, Flash, Silver Surfer, Martian Manhunter, Hulk (essentialy Wbh)

SA Suoerman. In DC presents Issue 19 "where no Superman has gone before" he got his own by himself without morals as a lesson from spectre.

Another would be Mr. Majestic who was written to be at least slightly better then Superman in every way.
