1. Yhwach - can see the future, change fate, and comeback from death, so needs no explanation
2. Reio- same as his son Yhwach but at a cosmic scale. (Doesn't apply only to the Bleachverse since the Reio was stated to come out of nowhere into existence. He is an alien from another realm or dimension in the Bleach universe alongside "The Others" who may come later on in the future.)
3. Hisagi - inconclusive - true shikai makes him immortal outside of the cycle of life and death until his reiatsu rans out to heal up. There's no way for Naruto and Hisagi to die under the bankai that equalizes both the user and his opponents energy to keep negating anything done to their bodies to the moment they were before the effect take place.
4. Gerard - possibly - if he can heal from Naruto powers.
5. Lille - possibly - same as Gerard and his intangibility will give him the advantage since souls that interact with intangible souls and soul ribbons can't touch him by normal means.
6. Askin - possibly - if he can lower the lethal dose receive from Naruto's power and removes his oxygen levels or poison his blood
7. Mayuri - maybe - a combination of his own izanami and the superhuman drug. The drug increases the senses to the point that the body falls grossly behind and cannot move, paralyzing him as seconds become centuries.
8. Barragan - maybe - can slow down time around him and age anything and anyone.

To be fair Hagoromo didn't gave humans chakra in the way you think. Hagoromo gave humans chakra by teaching them how to mold spiritual and physical energies into chakra. The Boruto manga explained that every single world in the Naruto universe contains chakra and Naruto even told Kawaki that all humans on Earth can use chakra.

All life in Naruto is connected through chakra. That's how Obito was link to Earth and able to come back to give Kakashi his sharingans. The "life force of all life on Earth" is chakra to create the Chakra fruit. Harogomo never gave humans chakra. I wouldn't believe anything shaped by black zetsu in shinobi history.

Kaguya was a narcist. She claimed Earth was her nurture like Momoshiki claimed his own dimension to be his nurture. The chakra she claims to her own is that of her decedents because she gave literally birth to them. Earth already existed before Kaguya came in and probably all of her dimensions as well. I don't even believe the dimensions she claims to her own. Because Sasuke found life and temples dedicated to other Ootsutsuki in said worlds. Kaguya was Isshiki sacrifice wasn't she? Why would a sacrifice had people adoring her? Their goal is to invade planets and steal the chakra to upgrade themselves. If Kaguya was a "princess" to sacrifce would that make Isshiki a prince? A King? An emperor? We still don't have enough info. Except for that one information about a giant Divine God tree creating the rest.
