Eh I'd imagine the likes of Thor and Superman have the most high end feats. That or Hercules. He had ok ne feat where he essentially lifted infinite weight. Unless you mean consistent high end feats?

I'd say Superman, Thor, and Hulk if you include their outlier, PIS feats. Hulk has done crazy stuff like shattering the time barrier twice, collapsing dimensions, lighting up a universe with a punch, destroying a universe with a thunder clap and surviving the resulting explosion, and bringing unimaginable destruction across an infinite amounts dimensions. Superman has shattered time and space with his punches, broke through Soulfire Darkseid on accident who was tanking attacks from the source, and breaking through endless realities to punch death in the face. I recall a Thor scan where two versions of himself clash and send a shockwave that is felt across the entire universe in what is compared to a second Big Bang. All of these feats probably shouldn't be used in a debate though.

High end is a relative term. For instance, a high end feat by street levellers would not even register as a feat for high tiers.

Unless you mean PIS or outlier feats, in which case every popular character has feats like that.

Going by high tier, Thanos probably has a good number to go off of, as well as Galactus. The Phoenix is a definite amongst the high end feats. Nate Grey and Franklin are somewhat up there, but the their consistency go up and down from planetary to universal to borderline multiversal with outliers saying they are multiversal.

Kings of outliers usually include the Living Tribunal, Eternity, Death, Oblivion, etc.

Planet levelers usually include the omega level telepaths (aka Jean Grey without Phoenix, Emma Frost, Xavier, etc.). Storm, Iceman, and Thor are top tier weather manipulators.

Would be someone whose been around a long time and in a lot of comics like: Supeman, Batman, Hulk, Thor, Wolverine, Spiderman, etc.

Gladiator he gets ridiculed so many times but his high end feats like from the 70s is far above his class weight

street level if you can call him that wolverine he is a team buster and fights way beyond his pay grade all the time fighting hulk juggernaut the thing he is rarely struggling with street levelers
