What Pokemon can tank Raichu's Thunderbolt with ease?

According to Pokedex entries, Raichu can release 100,000 volt-bursts of electricity, instantly downing foes several times its size. A Raichu's thunderbolt can instantly KO Strong Pokemon like a Powerful Dragonite.

Raichu's thunderbolts is also known to Instantly KO other Electric Type Pokemon, Like Pikachu, despite it being weak against them.

Any ground-type Pokémon, legendary or high tier Pokémon such as Goodra, Venusaur, Blastoise (depending on the level.)

I don't think any of your list can tank it with ease, only Golem because I think he is immune. Are you underestimating Raichu? Think about it. Pikachu has been shown to nearly one shot KO Pseudo Legendaries with his Thunderbolt. Raichu has a much more powerful Thunderbolt. Come on.

Other than that, I don't think that if that hits there are many pokemon that can tank it with ease...

I mean, I honestly cant see most Legendaries tanking it without being bothered either. It's mostly electric immune pokemon that come to mind.

You need to remind that anime logic is different than game logic. You have for example, Elite 4 Siebold Blastoise, which tanked 1 Fire blast and multiple dragon claws then one shooted Alain Mega Charizard X with an Hydro pump.

On the anime it mostly depends on the skill of the trainer and the individual power of the Pokémo.

Ash had Pikachu FOR 16 OR SO EPISODES before it fought Raichu. It didn't stand a chance in the power department which is why Ash had to use speed.
