What can (just) beat Cyttorak?

Cyttorak seems to get more and more OP the more I hear about him; not quite on the level of the Living Tribunal, but pretty high up there. So, what can defeat Cyttorak, while also actually having to work for it instead of just effortlessly erasing him from existence?

Maybe Chton, or Galactus or Eternity? I know he is on the top of the magic food chain but im in the dark too
