What are the disasters levels of these individuals (anime version)

Takes place in the OPM verse.

I did one of these before for live action characters , so I wanna try one for anime characters.

Levels are:

Wolf: Any potential threat or threat that poses a danger to an unknown degree.

Tiger: Any threat to a large number of people.

Demon: Any threat to a city and its people.

Dragon: Any threat to multiple cities.

God: A threat endangering the survival of humanity in general.

What are their disaster levels?

Adult Naruto- very high dragon/ God Threat. Can spam City busting attacks, with Crazy Physicals. Only shown characters in verse who could fight are Tat, Saitama, Boros, and M. Garou.

Natsu- Demon/ Dragon- Can do a lot of damage, but a lot of heros could stop.

Pain- Demon/ Dragon- Can city bust. Could be stopped by multiple heros though.

Escanor- Demon/ Dragon

All Might- Demon.

Kaneki-Tiger/ Demon- Tiger in Normal form, Demon in Dragon form.

???? Mob- Easily God Threat. ONE staed normal mob at 100% was around Tatsumaki which alone would make a dragon. In ???? form he is immeasurably stronger. to point he saps life force of anything around him, and is basically immortal.

Melodias- Easily Dragon. Im not fully caught up to manga. Could be God.

Hashirama- High Dragon. Lacks versatility/ AoE to be God.

Luffy- Dragon- can bust islands with KKG.

Naruto EoS is probably the highest/god level. Mel and Hashirama follow.

Adult naruto - Dragon.

Natsu( Fairytail) - Demon? IDK. I dropped Fairytale fairly early on but from what I've seen on the Vine he could be stopped by most S-Class heroes.

Pain(naruto) - Demon/Dragon.

Escanor(Seven Deadly Sins) - Dragon

All might(boku no hero) - Demon

Kaneki(Tokyo ghoul, dragon mode) - Demon

???% mob(mob psycho 100) - Not sure, not read Mob yet.

What? There's no evidence backing that. The only time KKG was used on-screen It's DC was pretty underwhelimg (as in, town level) because it had to overpower Dofla's move.
His EGG Destroyed noah's ark but an island-sized boat is still a lot weaker than an actual island.
Honestly I'd put KKG at city level, not any higher.
To me at the moment in OP the admiral tier is the one getting island level feats, and Rufy isn't at that point yet.

From what I know:

Naruto- God, Naruto could lifewipe pretty easily if he really wanted to what with the sheer number of clones he could spam. Not to mention his stats.

Natsu- From what I've seen he's Demon.

Pain- Demon, though I suppose Nagato himself could make it to Dragon possibly.

All Might-Definitely Demon, I have him around DSK's level, although in his prime he's likely above that.

Kaneki-Tiger seems the most fitting for him. I can see him threatening a lot of people but not an entire city on his own.

Hashirama-Dragon, his Wood Style would cause a massive amount of damage, especially the constructs.

Ranking the tiers like so: Demon(average Demon level monster), high-Demon(hydrated Deep Sea King), low-Dragon(Phoenix Man, Ninja Guys), mid-Dragon(Gouketsu, Overgrown Rover, Elder Centipede), high-Dragon(Orochi, Golden Sperm), Dragon+(Monster Garou, MB Boros), God(significantly beyond MB Boros and Monster Garou, holding back Saitama).

I'll be assuming everyone at their strongest here, so Dragon Force/Ignia's Flames Natsu, The One Escanor, Demon King Meliodas, Sage Mode Hashirama and Gear 4th Luffy.

Adult Naruto: God Level

The reason for this one is simple enough, Adult Naruto is by far stronger than the strongest Dragon level monsters we have seen in OPM thus far, namely Monster Garou and Meteoric Burst Boros, and is on-par with Saitama by current feats.

Natsu( Fairytail): High-Dragon Level

Natsu at his peak is consistently mountain+ level energy projection casually and MHS speed, as well as physicals beyond Hill level when combined with his flames. No monster in OPM bar Garou and Boros are beyond this level of power by feats, only one who can approach by actual showings would be Elder Centipede, who's logically Mid-Dragon level, but Natsu has better feats and scales above that level of power so meh, High-Dragon seems better. Mid-Dragon would also still be somewhat reasonable.

Pain(naruto): Mid-Dragon Level

Pain's physicals are bad, but Shinra and Chibaku Tensei as well as shared vision, durability and soul has put him up here.

Escanor(Seven Deadly Sins): Dragon+ Level

What is here to say? The One no-sold dozens of multi-mountain level cuts, and has at least multi-mountain+ attack potency using Divine Sword Escanor, likely more towards island level. I'd honestly place him slightly beyond both MB Boros and Monster Garou by current feats, so he's definitely worthy of being up here.

All might(boku no hero): High-Demon Level

multi-city block level physicals place him here, plus insane endurance and shit. Anyone higher than this is too hax for him, or too fast.

???% mob(mob psycho 100): High-Dragon Level

Was stated to be able to match Tatsumaki in power by One, somebody who was about even with Golden Sperm a full power, who's the definition of High-Dragon level.

Meliodas(seven deadly sins): Dragon+ Level

Is better than anyone bar Saitama by feats in regards to physicals, at least on-par with Monster Garou and MB Boros in that regard, way better versatility and hax than either of them.

Hashirama(naruto): Dragon+ Level

Ridiculous DC beyond anyone bar Saitama and MB Boros' Roar Cannon.

Luffy(one piece): High-Dragon Level

Physicals beyond anyone bar MB Boros, Monster Garou and Saitama, plus pre-cog, stretchiness and armour puts him up here.

@hittheassasin: Naruto isnt beyond Boros. Naruto can't tank his roaring canon, neither can bypass his regeneration + Boros should be faster cuz he was keeping with Saitama. The only thing naruto is beyond Boros is AP

Naruto is way beyond Boros. The only thing impressive about Boros is his Roar Cannon, which is a suicide attack since he lacks the feats to actually tank the resulting explosion. As for bypassing his regeneration, Naruto could easily do that by simply vaporising Boros with a Bijuubomb or Rasenshuriken variant, since the latter has no feats of coming back from dust. Not to mention Naruto has a massive advantage in regards to speed and versatility as well, so there's that.

Adult Naruto - Dragon+ at least

Natsu - Mid Demon

Pain - Low Dragon

Escanor - High Dragon at least

All Might - Maybe high enough for Mid Demon

Kaneki - High Tiger

???% Mob - High Dragon I guess since ONE holds him up there with Tatsu

I see some other people really underestimating what these tiers for monsters actually mean. Deep Sea King, for example, is just a casual Demon Level Monster. We’ve seen other Demons that could easily curb him but we’ve also seen Demons that couldn’t lay a finger on him. Genos, at that time, showed the ability to use a blast capable of wiping out an entire building and large chunks of the two mountains behind it. Genos hits Deep Sea King with a full power blast and it doesn’t kill him or even severely wound him, but it does dehydrate him. That same Genos is still, to this day, fodder to ANY Dragon Level threat by showings and he’s a hell of a lot more powerful with current upgrades.

And I love all of the talk I’ve seen about mountain busting making people Dragon+ or whatever. Ancient King busted an entire mountain range and was gigantic, but Tats one shotted him like fodder. Marugori is definitely as large, or larger, than mountains with devastating destructive force but he’s not even the highest Dragon we’ve ever seen.

Adult Naruto- God level tbh. He’s above all the Dragon level characters we’ve seen, most of them by a lot.

Pain - Demon/Low dragon due to CST and CT

Escanor - High dragon but I’m not very knowledgeable on SDS

All Might - Demon level

Meliodas - High dragon

Hashirama - High dragon

Luffy - Dragon level

Boros best striking feat is like multi-mountain+ level, which isn't even nearly enough to one shot Naruto, who tanked Kaguya's Vacuum Punches, the same ones that wrecked Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o, which can withstand island level force. So I don't really understand why on earth you think he would be capable of ones hotting VOTE2 Naruto, let alone Adult.

Lol at the fanboys overhyping Mob. He's never even shown anything to be on the same level as Tatsumaki. You can try to quote the author and say they are on a similar level, but their feats prove otherwise. He is absolutely nowhere near a god level threat, and Tatsumaki would destroy him.

Naruto would be High Dragon or maybe Above Dragon that's a stretch but certainly not God.

Mob's ???? Form is potentially above Tatsumaki.
