Regular beyonder can kill mr mxyptlk since he is an 11th dimensional being and that imp has trouble fighting beings above his dimension. God doom has regular beyonders powers. That means he can kill mxyptlk. Elaine is just an angel! This version of Elaine isn’t the one where she replaced the presence. Doom and hotu Thanos can take her down pretty easily if that’s the case.

he's pretty much outversal in that story line and could very well be omnipotent since there was nothing he couldn't do

I mean when u can destroy and recreate all of creation without breaking a sweat and choose to do it repeatedly just because it's your idea of having fun then what really is your limit?
