When? He's never been harmed by mere humans before ever from the games I played and to my knowledge.
he doesn't fly in combat that often
There aren't many full length fights featuring Raiden outside gameplay so that's a bit of an unfair standard. He's flown in combat and that's all that matters. If Wesker is too fast for Raiden, Raiden will just fly out of reach. Anyone with a modicum of intelegence would do the same.
Furthermore he's completely outclassed in combat speed his best bet is electrical attacks but I doubt he'd get the chance to do that before getting blitzed.
Which matters as much as it did for Dash:
Raiden has far superior durability than Wesker. Wesker can't harm Raiden..............but there are MANY ways Raiden can harm Wesker.
Not to mention the fact that Raiden can teleport literally any where he wants:
@m_man: Yeh I've noticed, I don't think it's hate just ignorance. Some people me included just don't know where to scale them power wise, the majority of the roster are street level to low mod tier then some aren't and it leads to mismatches, partly because people look at game mechanics for feats others look at cut scenes (which are better)
