Kind of durable. Chris his him with a metal pole and when wesker blocked it the pole dented. He also had steel girders fall on him. I think he might have more feats but I can't remember. He also has a healing factor.

I think I'll back deku then.

According to current Midoriya, no matter how superior are his physical capabilities, he won't target Wesker.

Saying that Wesker is targetable because Chris could target him in the game, was only because Wesker was trolling and too proud to take a mere human seriously.

In this case, Midoriya isn't a mere human, he is something supernatural as well and Wesker would go all out without revealing some kind of mercy.

Wesker is probably too fast for 8% Full Cowl Midoriya (The lack of clear bullet timing feats really hurt MHA street level characters outside of Pre-Depowered Mirio Togata).

Round 2 could also go to Wesker unless he underestimates Midoriya at the start and Midoriya pulls off an 100% AOE attack at the start.

I don't think bullet timing feats are mandatory. There are other ways of depicting speeds. Midoirya can clearly move as a blur, and honestly I don't picture someone like moon knight (someone with bullet timing feats) moving around like this:

Plus the most recent episode of the anime had Deku beating Iida in a race when Deku was swimming. I can understand wesker being faster but I don't think comparisons involving speed should be made through bullet timing.

@jashro44: Fair point. Though, I still don't see him winning the first round since Full Cowl in general still doesn't really impress me that much with its striking power in comparing what guys like Stain and Bakugo tanked to what I've seen from SFW's Albert Wesker respect thread.

I can't really debate that but didn't Deku break a huge boulder in the manga? I think that is impressive. With stain and bakugo we have to keep in mind Deku holds back (granted he will with wesker but not as much since wesker can take stronger attacks).

@jashro44: I have to reread that boulder feat in the manga. Was that before the arc that Class 1-A had to go up against a class from UA's rival school?

@jashro44: I've rechecked the chapter (101). Yeah, it's somewhat an impressive feat but Wesker's regeneration should compensate for it. That boulder was basically just as big as or barely bigger than Deku.

I don't think the boulder feat matters. Making a shockwave that filled an arena is much more impressive. Wesker wouldn't tank many hits at all and Izuku could just one-shot him from a distance if he really feels the need to break his fingers to win.

Honestly Deku could win both rounds. He might be too durable and can tag Wesker with shockwaves eventually. They won't knock him out but they'll knock him in the air long enough to land hits.

Wesker. His healing factor, plus the fact his only weakness was being exposed to very hot temperatures (lava)

He shrugged off missiles to the face, and nothing in the game really hurt him.

Round 1: This is the only round where Wesker could hope to present a challenge.

Round 2: Midoriya accidentally pastes the fodder along with his verse, unless he jobbers hard due to CIS.
