Round 1 :

Weapon X do not have their adamantium skeletons and the super soldiers are gearless. This excludes Laura as she never had bone claws.

Round 2 :

Super Soldiers get their gear, Weapon X get their adamantium skeletons.

Callouts

On first glance, I would have to go with the Super Soldiers. Wolverine would be the MVP on his team, whereas Panther would be MVP on his. Captain America has, at the very least, been shown to make a good stand against Wolverine (though I admit Logan takes the cake for this), and Deathstroke's physicals are comparable to Captain America's, plus Slade is smarter and more skilled. Both those two should be able to hold off Wolverine if need be. Black Panther, on the other hand, should be able to take any of the others handily. He's already shown to be Wolverine's better on more than one occasion, I believe he's already beaten Sabertooth with ease (if memory serves), and X-23 should be kinda no-brainer.

Team Super Soldiers take this.

@fetts: Creed and T'Challa have only encountered each other once in canon and Sabretooth had the upperhand.

Yes

Round 1 goes to Weapon X, without Adamantium their Regen is faster and more effective, plus a Cap without a shield and Deathstroke without guns or swords nerfs them hard

Round 2 again goes to X, as no gear gives them the edge against the other team. Wolverine is very skilled, having outfought people with superior power or speed

Weapon X both rounds.

Round 1: Weapon X in a good fight.

Round 2: Weapon X Stomps.

The super soldiers need their gear to compete.

I say the mutants out last them, though super soldiers do slap Victor an Laura around a bit due to much superior skill. In the end, all three are mince meat though.

The soldiers do have their gear in R2. Apologies, forgot to make it more clear.

I don't agree, Cap is perfectly capable of putting people down with his bare fists, and I recall Slade having fair hand to hand abilities.

And I believe you were corrected on the second option.

Super solders lose both rounds without gear and weapons...

Not only that but it seems weapon X gets their claws. Bad match...

Round 1 could go either way.

Round 2 is a definite win for the Soldiers.
