1(Samurai). Is that attack used by both samurai the same or different? Cause it's Mifune that doing it in the bold with his legendary sword make it lightspeed not some random jobber.

1. The Samurai never used that technique though only Mifune(Chapter 617, Page 7). You also need Meitou to do that attack from what the thing in bold says it seems.

2. It's not though, the LS technique is flash/issen that is used by Mifune with Meitou.

3. If call this reacting, as he just gets hit by it since it's kinda fast for him then. Don't know what to say about that then.

KCM Naruto= stronger jutsu than Sage mode but also not heaven defying difference

BM Naruto= basically Kurama Charkra, manage to offset 5 TBB Energy, assuming the mountain pulverized by Tail beast were average/600m, Tail beast 1-8 are City level Via TBB, making BM Naruto Mountain Level.
