For One Piece It would definitely be Pre-Timeskip, anywhere from the Alabasta arc and prior should suffice. As for who specifically Crocodile does so with no effort, Luffy or Zoro should be capable of doing so even at fishman Island arc. Arlong cold probably do it though I'm not entirely sure.

solos means he can killd or defeat every single person and giant in which case no naruto character outside the God tiers or Tail beast probably can, charkra is not unlimited you think the kages would be able to throw out thosuands+ of ninjutsu to kill every single character in the series? not possible. as for one piece they have it better since they could fight for weeks on end due to physical fitness and have no energy for their attacks, a single punch from any Time skip characters with decent bounty could kill majority of the characters on attack on titan can he keep on fighting fordays to kill everyone, sure.

as for bleach same as One piece, while bleach characters requires Spirit Power to fight as long as they dont burst out their energy in blast they could keep on fighting for weeks if not months and even then spirit power of any captain class shinigami last pretty much as long as one piece characters stamina.

this is not about who is more powerfull but who can last the longest, in which case One piece and bleach has the upper hand, after all they are thosuands if not more characters at the same time.

Is this considering the world wiping weapons... Not too many, at least not as weak as people are saying. Physically a lot of characters can 1 shot a lot of giants, but characters will get tired and i dont think the heat thing is being considered much either.
