Arguably Saiyan Saga Vegeta if he's left to charge his Gallick Gun long enough. Even if you don't think he can planet bust he'd still wipe out the whole ninja continent.

Whats the lowest power level you need to blow up a planet? Its that and then some since you still gota deal with the weird aliens. Maybe Great Ape Vegeta? Or probably early DBZ Goku since he would need resistance to illusions and stuff which Vegeta probably doesnt have

Vegeta has evidence to suggest hes more resilient to TP then Goku. The whole Babidi thing. Was suggested that his mindset was the reason, which is something hes always had. Perspective just changed.

I would say Turles personally. Anything after that is just spite.

@Aristeaus: Oh right, I was going more off the fact Goku has an awakened third eye which lets him just see through any illusions but that feat is also noteworthy. Turles is non-cannon but if those characters are allowed I also think Turles would be enough. If its for cannon it would be the Goku post-Vegeta fight(after whatever Zenkai boost he got from that battle).

@paparoni: If you use scaling and accept that double the power level eqautes to double the power, then a power level of 11,868 is required to blast the Earth to bits. Roshi with a power level of 138 did it to the Moon, which is 86x less times the volume of Earth. So, 138x86 would give you the requirement if you accept the above statement. Many do not. Saiyan Saga Vegeta and Goku were on this level.

Sun is 330,000x the Earth, so 3,916,440,000 for destroying the sun/solar system worth of mass.

Not really. Destroying the sun would take out the entire solar system, for example. Destroying a large chunk of a planet would cause the planet itself to break up. If you could teleport the core of a planet out of the planet, or erase it, then the planet would shred itself. Its a lot closer to Jenga then actually x86 maths. Take enough out, the whole thing comes crumbling down.

The power level of his normal form was said to be 138, the power level of his buff form is unknown, but given how King Piccolo was said to be City level in the Daizenshuu, it's probably much higher.
