I'll break down what happens

• Target gets hit with 100 tons of force
• The kick marks the target (this part is important because people with enough magical resistance can resist the mark)
• The mark causes the target to explode violently

So the question is: Who can survive 100 tons of force and can survive a nuke level explosion from the inside.

This is a kick with a power to bust several buildings if I understand the gif correctly, which means it's probably enough to kill all street level heroes easily, and most building busters a.k.a low mid-tiers. Moutain/City busters (mid-high midtiers) should be able to survive it. A weakest mid- tier that can possibly survive it I can think of is MCU Iron Man, at least with his top suits.
