Watchmen vs. Ultimate Knights

MAIN RULES:

• The available members in Watchmen team are Rorschach, Ozymandias, Nite Owl, Dr. Manhattan and the Comedian.
• The available members in Ultimate Knights team are Iron Fist, Shang-Chi, Moon Knight, Dr Strange and the Punisher (He is a member in Marvel Knights 616).
• All the Ultimate Knights members are in their Ultimate (1610) Universe  version (nuff said).

Battle's Rules:

Rorschach vs. Iron Fist:

• The fight takes place inside an abandoned house with all the furniture and objects/elements that are inside a normal house.
  
• Rorchach has 10 minutes of prep-time, he is waiting for the Iron Fist in the kitchen.
• The Daniel Rand is not going to use the Iron Fist.
• Both are bloolusted.
  

Ozymandias vs. Shang-Chi:

• The fight takes place inside Ozymandias penthouse.
• No prep-time for both.
  
• This is just a h2h fight.
• Adrian Veidt is alone (no Bubastis).
• Both are bloodlusted.
  

Nite Owl vs. Moon Knight:

• The fight takes place on a building's roof.
• They have all their normal equipment.
• Both are bloodlusted.

Dr. Manhattan vs. Dr. Strange:

• The fight takes place inside the Sanctum Sanctorum.

  

• Everything that they are able to do is allowed.
• Dr Strange has 5 minutes of prep-time.
• Dr. Manhattan has 1 minute of prep-time.
• His atemporal perception is blocked with the magic of the Dr. Strange.

The Comedian vs. The Punisher:

• The fight starts in an alley but they can go to the street too.
• The equipment for both is two guns 12 caliber semiautomatic (30 shots with each gun), a knife and a grenade launcher with 5 grenades, they can also use anything in the street.
• No prep-time for both.
• Both are bloodlusted.

Ozymandias just seemed way too powerful for some reason, but then again Shang-Chi's the master of kung fu for a reason

This is Dr. Strange vs Manhattan, as nobody else from either team can stand against them.
 
That said, I say Strange wins.

Ultimate Strange was totally pathetic in relation to 616 Strange.... Just to point out.

Because none of them are above fighting normal thugs. Nite Owl is out of shape.Rorschach is just a dirty street fighter.Ozymandias' best feat is beating said dirty street fighter.  Iron Fist, Shang-Chi, Moon Knight, Punisher, and I'll even add Dr. Strange are better fighters than them (Strange was taught by Wong). "

-Yeah, but Nite Owl has more much gadgets than Moon Knight and he is skilled enough to defeat 5 armed thieves.
-Rorschach has high intellect and he is pretty good using improvised weapons, had a good education, he is good in gymnastics and boxing, and they are fighting inside a house.
-Ozymandias caught a bullet.

After further reading, I will say I am unsure about Strange vs Manhattan. 616 Stephen will clean his clock, but I haven't seen anything impressive from his ultimate version. What do you think?

Ultimate Stephen is actually called Stephen Strange, Jr. and is the son of the original one with Clea. He's too immature and was kinda of a novice in the mystical arts as shown/said in Ultimate Marvel Team-Up#12, so I think prep might help him in here. He doesn't have many feats aside from defeating Nightmare in the Dream World with a bit of help from Wong( Which was still able to recreate many duplicates of Spidey's villains even in the real world during Ultimatum and shape the entire reality while inside of his domain) and has some cool feats against Xandu. He also has some minor feats like defeating Spidey by BFR'ing him and imprisoning Matt IIRC.

Anyway....Strange only hope if we discount Manhattan's new feats during Rebirth would be prep and Stephen still had all of his father's artifacts, so maybe can come up with something with Wong's help.
