Perpetua is a supercelestial that’s the name of her race, they use connective energy to make a multiverse and die doing it.
They exist in the overvoid and are outerversal beings as they exist outside of all concepts and dimensions.
Perpetua was the most feared of her kind never said she was the most powerful, she made a multiverse out of crisis energy and didn’t die.
The point of the multiverse was to undergo infinite crisis events that would make infinite crisis energy for Perpetua to absorb.
Perpetua made her three sons the monitor, anti-monito and World forger they watched Perpetua make the multiverse evil and snitched to the omniversal judges.
The cosmic raptor a stronger supercelestial came and put perpetua in the source wall of her multiverse and removed her power.
Perpetua broke out and connected to the dark multiverse getting crisis energy to bring her to full power read Hell Arisen.
In Dark Knight Death Metal at full power Perpetua used crisis energy and Wally Manhattan used connective energy, the energy of supercelestials but theis connective energy came from Dr. Manhattan who for whatever energy had that energy, they stalemated each other both run.
Perpetua then sat on her throne and connected to the dark multiverse for crisis energy to get to full power.
The league is trying to destroy her throne and get enough energy for Wally to beat Perpetua rather then both get stalemated.
To put her power into perspective Supercelestials are beings that walk in the Overvoid a realm beyond all concepts as it’s a supreme being to exist in the overvoid you have to be beyond all dimensions.
It doesnt matter if your 10 dimensional or infinite dimensional you have to completely transcend dimensions.
Mandrakk who was at the highest dimensional tier in DC fell in the overvoid was erased from existence and CAS forgot he ever existed only proving that, so even CAS and Mandrakk pale in comparison to Supercelestials.
Its also worthnoting Dr. Manhattan came from another multiverse and somehow came to the DC multiverse meaning he had to travel across the overvoid putting him above CAS and Mandrakk.
This is supported by the fact Wally Manhattan with only a bit of Manhattans power stalemated Perpetua.
