@stormshadow_x: Vision may have the ability to faze through everything but I doubt he would be fast enough to activate his ability in time against a guy whose speed is leagues above Vision.

Pietro has been tagged so many times and QS doesn't have the striking to one shot Vision. Even if he did Vision going intangible or maxing his density to the point where he's hurt High tier characters like Thor.
I love Pietro but he doesn't stand a chance against someone he can't hurt who can potentially catch him off guard.
