Alucard has no way of actually causing Vincent harm. And Post-Schrodinger Alucard can't be perma-killed by Vincent, so it's a tie.
Vincent is a former member of the Turks in FF7 about 20yrs or so before the game story begins. He was killed by Hojo when he tried to convince Lucrecia to leave him and abandon their experiments. Vincent's body was then experimented on by Hojo and to save him in some way, Lucrecia embedded the Protomateria inside Vincent's body to stabilize and control the power of Chaos implanted inside him. Chaos is the opposing force of Omega Weapon and is the only thing capable of stopping it once activated.
Vincent is an expert marksman with an armor-piercing, monster killing Tri-Barreled handgun called Cerberus. Which turns into the monstrous weapon Death Penalty when in his Chaos form. Vincent is super strong and super fast with a healing factor. Even when the Protomateria had been ripped out of his chest leaving a grapefruit sized hole, the wound closed in mere moments.
In short, Vincent is a badass.
@erick_williams: Omega couldn't do it and it was the Life Force and Will of the entire planet. Vincent's not some grubby wannabe vampire or wimpy Human that Alucard can chomp down on.
@reikai: Alucard's soul absorption powers don't really seem to have a limit. In the OVA, he ate Schrodinger's soul, who's a living bloody paradox. Then in the TV series he ate to soul of Set, the god of evil. The way I see it is, if something has blood, Alucard can absorb it.
