1. Heroes easily...  Wonderman could solo this.
2. Villains easily... Tigershark could solo.
3. Villains...They win barely because of sheer numbers and Taskmaster.
4. Heroes... Spidey's beaten all of these before, though never easily, add in Prodigy for a close hard-fought victory.
5. Villains...Too much for the Heroes for Hire.
6. Villains easily... Wrecking Crew fight the Avengers and win.  This is a curbstomp.
7. Heroes...Villains are outclassed here, even with their superior numbers.
8. Villains easily...Rulk+ Sentry = nearly unstoppable.  Add in Moonstone and it's waaaaaaayyyyyyy too much for the FF, even with Hulk.
9. Heroes... Better teamwork, better training.
10. tie  This could concievably go either way IMO sooo I say they tie.

And the Wrecking Crew can't beat the Avengers.   One time the Crew (with Atlas and Hyde helping) beat up a Hercules....and Herc was drunk.

Does anyone think I should edit this battle to include locations?

Okay I'm done with this one. Moving on to part 2.

When the Crew took the Mansion there was hardly anybody there.  I mean beating Jarvis isn't a feat. 
 
Giantman sucks.  The crew ought to be able to beat him. 
 
Its not so much that the crew used to be super bad ass it was that Wrecker used to be (and even he has lost to Thor waaaaaaay more times than vice versa) before he gave a good portion of his powers to the crew.  One time somebody (Loki?) powered them up and they did some good work but 90% of the time the crew is pretty much a joke.
 
No arguement on the last point, though.  Even at their worst, Deadpool and Punisher won't beat them.
