Well Lobo would win..... im a Symbiote lover but this time, Venoms got a REAL problem. The thing is, lobo is exagerated in all sense, even inmortal (for what appears in the comic vine desciption). You were right about "one-sided"
Maybe he's hoping that Venom will transfer over to Lobo. Then it would pretty much be immortal because it would have a host that would never die. That could be hella cool.

that would be cool. sorta like the comic Lobo vs The Mask, that was great.
But Lobo doesn't die. He can reform from his blood, but it's not like he needs to do that a lot. He's not Deadpool, he doesn't get killed all the time. He's about as durable as Superman even without the symbiote, he's not in any danger. If he did die though, the symbiote would just wait for him to come back.

yeah thats what i was saying, but the symbiot wouldn't have to wait for long since lobo has an advanced healing factor that the symbiot would increase.

if he has access to his usual arsenal of weapons then he's inflicting massive amounts of damage on venom before he's even in range... not to mention Lobo has a sonic gun at his disposal (he used it against superman once)
when he's in range he can inflict hideous amounts of damage with mr hooky as well as a ton of guns and knives while taking pretty much everything that venom can dish out.
lobo wouldn't surrender either, it's not in his nature... he's the perfect sociopath, he'll keep on going until he kills the enemy.
