This isn't ultimate universe venom. Electricity alone does average damage to him, though electricity has heat and can create sonic effects *thunder bolts*
In Peter Parker: Spider-Man, Venom proved he has no issue with taking out Electro. However, if you want me to elaborate on why I believe Venom would win, I gladly will. I'm of course, not talking about the brand new upgraded Electro. He, assuming he's not hindered by power, should stomp a lot of people now.

Assuming we're talking about the same version of Electro, aka not the brand new upgraded one, he needs to tag Venom first...Which, despite his size, is certainly far from easy. Especially if he decides to use symbiote webbing on Dillion's face, suffocating him. I'll see if I can find scans sometime of their one and only encounter. I think Venom joked about the electricity tickling.

I'm aware of this. If you re-read my posts, you'll see I'm debating about the not current Electro. I already said current Electro should be able to win.
Depends on how Electro approaches the fight and if he is jobbing or not. I believe Venom wins the majority because he’s smarter and should be capable of dodging Electro’s blasts. Max is powerful in his own right but he’s inconsistent in how smart he fights and how well he uses his powers.
