Repulsors can melt steel, his lasers can also do the same, and the heat from a tank missile explosion should kill him. He used the tank missile to blow up half of a leviathan.

Also Jarvis would probably analyze and record Venoms unusual reaction to heat.

Iron Man wins, too versatile and intelligent. Venom does best agaist enemies who try to match him physically, not ines who fly around dumping explosive munitions and repulsor blasts. All of which will create sonic frequencies that will mess Venom up, leaving Eddie exposed for a kill shot.

It's not that Venom can't win, it's that this is a bad matchup.

Iron Man is at least as strong, a LOT more durable, can fly and FAR more versatile. Any single ranged attack from Stark is going to inflict massive damage on Venom. He stomps

@granitevision: A lesser armor with 3% power was able to hold an SUV and still fire a unibeam.

The armor before this one was able to stagger Thor and tank hits without shattering to pieces like most things would.

AND it was able to push the Helicarrier rotor into mach speed and SURVIVE being inside of it for a good amount of seconds.

Iron Man has better feats for sure.

Venom is bulletproof, he should be able to withstand anything Tony throws at him. He also seems to be equal in strength, if not greater. He can even regenerate. I don't see how Tony can win.

One of these rockets should take out the symbiote

Venom can swim 1 km in a few seconds,can run through thick bridge railing,ragdoll cars etc.He is a bit weaker than Riot who can break steel beams with bare hands and throw Venom through meters of steel constructions>Iron man can't overpower Bucky

Hellicarier rotor is unquantifiable (we don't know how strong was friction) feat and it is not strength feat it is more thrusters' power feat

Ironman has a lot more firepower and can use lasers. He beats Venom quickly.

Realistically Iron Man's versatility would win out, as Venom's weaknesses are very pervasive. Iron Man also outclasses him in raw power and durability, he can fly, Venom's only real chance is if he goes for seeping into the suit and attacking Tony Stark immediately. But that'll be hard to do, likely require Venom to somehow bind Iron Man from the ground with webs/tendrils, or latch onto him and hang on as Iron Man flies around frantically trying to throw Venom off, as Venom slowly leaks through the gaps in the armor. This is less likely to happen than Tony beating Venom with sonics or fire, potentially exploding him with sheer firepower, or beating him into submission with better strength and striking, an AI that reads movesets, and support of a weapons arsenal.

@the_red_devil: a lot of tony's projectiles usually have fire after impact, which would really hurt venom, and how much can venom really dodge Jarvis does have targeting

People are really overplaying the rockets with fire as a way to win. And exploding rocket set to go into outerspace didnt kill venom.

Iron-Man wins if he keeps his distance and fights from the air where Venom will have a very difficult time tagging him. On the street level and h2h Venom wins. Though I'm sure Tony will get the clue before Venom turns him into a tin can and blast him from above.
