This is a very interesting question .

We have reason to believe that SSG gives a higher multiplier than the Vegito transformation . If this wasn't true , then Goku would have tried to use that instead of SSG .

However , in the latest Broly movie , Gogeta (who is confirmed to now be equal to Vegito in power) was performing much better than two SSB while in BASE form . This puts his multiplier way above SSG .

This two statements contradict each other which makes sense considering DBS' shitty power scaling.

However , based on portrayal alone , SSG should be above normal SSJ Fusions .

Goku and Vegeta got massively stronger during the time after Buu saga even before they gained SSG power-ups.

Vegeta was strong enough to force Beerus to use 10% of his power, he wins.

Goku clearly didn't think fusion had a chance against beers, and beerus was not taking Goku seriously at all on King Kai's planet. Beerus got mad after the first couple of strikes from Vegeta and Vegeta still tagged him a few more times.

Beerus only said he used 10% of his power in the Anime, he never said this in the BoG Movie which is the one the OP is using.

Vegito slaps. Assuming Vegeta is stronger (Unlikely), he isn't putting Vegito down before he calms down.

Given that Beerus was holding back extremely, it doesn't seem likely to me that Vegeta did enough to him in that brief rage moment that he overcame the multiplier difference between SSJ2 and fusion... even if you add in any other powerups/boosts that are separate from the multipliers alone.

It's very impressive that SSJ2 Vegeta outperformed SSJ3 Goku in the same movie, but that's a far cry from fusion. Open to hearing a good argument though.

Beerus using “10%” against Vegeta was the amount of power he needed to laugh him off lol. Vegeta wasn’t himself on 10% Beerus level otherwise Beerus wouldn’t have beat him up.
