I probably like Manga more then comics as of this moment, I just know what both characters are capable of

the Earth, and he doesnt have the speed or blasting power to keep up with Bill, he got 1 shotted by Cell twice

and when he self destructed he barely left a crater in the ground

Phones, its pretty obvious your knowledge of DBZ is extremely limited, especially if you compare Vegeta to Bill

Last I checked Vegeta in SSJ form was sweating in 300x normal gravity which would make his body 18 tons
Bill is beyond class 100

Bill is faster then Vegeta also, Bill also has Stormbreaker, 1 hit from Bill would kill Vegeta

Vegeta has taken so much punishment, its not even funny.  He moves and fights as fast or faster than the speed of light and almost all the DBZ fighters were capable of Planet busting shots at the end of the Saiyan Saga.
Bill may take him in the strength department, MAYBE, but it'll be like Karate Kid vs Superman

Bill is at least as fast as Thor whos 3x light speed, Vegeta isnt even close to light speed at all
He doesnt have class 100 strenght even at SSJ2, Bill would end up breaking every bone in his body

Vegeta cant destroy a planet at all, Arlia was filler, and just because he said he was going to destroy a planet

No one in DBZ under Buus level can destroy a planet at all, if we are going to go by theories I can say that Cell was about to die from

Vegeta had to leave the Earth with Goku when Buu was about to blow up the Earth, The strongest non fused DBZ character in the series Gohan was killed in that explosion

Classic Thor could survive and quickly recover from being hit by the force of an exploding SUN. Our sun is about 333,000 times the size of Earth. CLASSIC Thor could survive the force of something that big exploding and recover from it after a few seconds. So a planet-buster will do nothing to Classic Thor. And since Beta Ray Bill has similar power to Thor, a planet-busting attack will do absolutely nothing to Bill.
