Vegeta should be able to take it. Boros does have better striking power but Vegeta blasts (especially a Galik Gun) should wipe Boros out.

Pretty even, actually. I think Vegeta takes it though. They would probably end up trading blows for a while until Vegeta got annoyed enough to use a relatively powerful blast, which would most likely kill Boros.

Vegeta. Boros wasn't that impressive. Did Saitama even make use of his speed during their fight?

His "villains" are a joke but Saitama is just that OP in comparison to them. It's a joke manga and shouldn't be taken seriously.

@nightthrasher: Considering Vegeta (if we're using anime feats) tanked the explosion of 3 planets as a child, Boros isn't hurting him. Even with just manga feats, he was more durable than Raditz who survived a barrage of moon busting+ attacks unfazed.

@darthaznable: Would comparing it to Bobobo be accurate? In style at least.

Excluding anime stuff this fight is relatively close. But Boros still doesn't have an answer for Vegetas superior DC. which if he can tag Boro's with a relatively powerful attack would heavily injure him. And if he connects with the Galick Gun or any other attack of that level he would obliterate Boros.

Vegeta should win. Boros is more Raditz level. Physically though he did hit someone to the moon, which is very impressive.

Never saw Bobobo so I couldn't really give an opinion...

I would recommend reading OPM though.

Boros far more often than not. Vegeta has superior dc, but he will go for h2h IC and get killed. Boros vastly outdoes him in physicals.

Boros breaks him in half. DB characters tend to goe into the mano a mano and in a physical match, Boros will stomp him with a few punches.

Boros has a planet bursting attack, so we shouldn't underestimate him. The reason why he looks so weak is because his opponent is Saitama, who can jump from the moon back to Earth, according to a Reddit post:

Saitama is also move faster and react faster than light as seem when a light speed opponent attack him and he moves faster than him and can stop a planet busting attack with one punch. While this is to show Saitama's feats, Boros must be really strong to be able to play around with a non-serious Saitama.

I second that! One Punch Man is a fantastic manga. So Boros is physically stronger and arguably faster than Saiyan Saga Vegeta. Vegeta's saving grace is flight and superior firepower. Vegeta would have to use Galik Gun to kill Boros due to his regen ability. If Vegeta doesn't take Boros seriously than Boros will kill him very quickly (he hits much much much harder than Goku did). If Vegeta takes him seriously and stays at range using ki blasts or Galik gun he will win

Vegeta godstomps

Vegeta should be able to just ki blast him to death easily, but if he gets into hand to hand then boros might be able to win.

You just can't write out opm as a joke manga, and say it shouldn't be taken seriously. That's wrong in everyway lol. Just saying.

@kingh: Because One Piece is funny. OPM is always funny. The running joke is how powerful Saitama is, regardless of who he fights. It being a parody of superheroes also adds to the on going joke. I clearly said it wasn't always comedic. I meant the manga itself, not the fights. I mean they have a guy who rides his bike, who gets slapped around my people way stronger than him but he ends up being fine after. Come on now. Save your fanboyism for someone else. Its not a joke how strong saitama is lol, it's a established power in the manga. His limiter broke. I'm not seeing your argument. You're just completely wrong to say opm is a joke manga and shouldn't be taken seriously, you are misleading people.

@kingh: Whooo, it seems like someone completely missed the point of the manga... Even the "his limiter broke" is a joke on the manga cliche of powerups (everything comes at a cost-he broke his limiter and gained incredible power, but on the other hand, he got completely bald). The most funny thing about this manga is that even the serious moments (usually those involving Genos) are a parody of some trope used in manga or superhero comics.

The manga softened the humor a bit but if you compare it to the webcomic, it's completely obvious that the jokes are there, just more subtle.

however its his distructive energy that is really weak

@toatoaa: Kicking someone to the moon is honestly more impressive than most physical feats in Dragon Ball, but I would still give it to Vegeta at the end of the day due to flight and better energy projection.
