I'm thinking Wanda can restrain Vanya before she could do anything.

"At their best"? Well damn. Vanya at her best destroyed the fricking moon. But I assume you mean without her having the time to buildup that much power. I'll still go with Vanya if it's "at their best" because she destroyed the Academy while manipulating just the sound of her heartbeat. Put it in the loud and crowded Scrap Iron City and with her violin, that Vanya probably has the edge. MCU Scarlet Witch would be more powerful in their base forms but not in their most powerful forms in a noisy city.

Wanda might be able to Tp her, or just throw her energy at Vanya for a ko but it depends on who attacks first

Vanya's moon-busting blast is way above Wanda's paygrade but her regular attacks are street level.

Plus Wanda has much better fighting skills (actually has any) and control of her powers. She wins rather easily.

The European native who unwittingly unleashed immeasurable power under intense mental duress wins.

In direct combat Vanya still seems superior but as a whole its clear Wanda's powers are more "powerful" just not in a direct sense.

@hydratedfubuki6: Reaction speed is not the same as combat speed. Wanda also has hypersonic reactions. Vanya has been taken out by regular people if caught off guard she isn't a speedster. Could go either way leaning Wanda solely due to telepathy.

Definitely Wanda. She's way more experienced, has a more diverse power set and has better feats.

Vanya: Destroyed Moon, charges off sound, basically turns soundwaves into projectible energy, also telekinesis like power

Wanda: Destroyed Infinity Stone, telekinesis, mind control, reality-warping, energy blasts, Avengers training, and maybe she'll become a multiversal level threat in the future.

But she still destroys Vanya with the feats we have. Wanda is basically like the Mind, Power, Space, and Reality stone in one.

Wanda more often than not. She knows her powers better, is more experienced, and knows how to implement her abilities into a fight effectively, she’s also not far off from Viktor in power, if at all.

Viktor's moon feat is impressive but very specific, he had to have the bullet right in her ear to send it, so its unlikely to be applicable. Few things in the MCU can come close to this, there are really two examples, neither of witch done by Wanda. Thor holding back the "power of a star", and Thanos's destruction of a small moon using the power stone.

Elephant in the room time, the kugelblitz. A kugelblitz is a black hole formed from radiation as opposed to matter. Hypothetically, Viktor and Lyla (mimicking her power) being able to hold it back putts him at a power level higher than anything Wanda can achieve, but the kugelblitz is a bit different in the show. If it was really a black hole, it would have destroy Earth instantly, but it didn't, so its likely different.

Wanda got her power from and destroyed an infinity stone, and Vision said she and the stone had a "very similar...signature" so she could likely match the power of a stone. All in all, Wanda has many more consistently powerful feats on a similar scale to what Viktor could do, as well as MUCH more experience. Not even to mention Wandas mind control powers that Viktor had no counter to.

True, but I would say that Wanda or Jean wins against the entire Umbrella Academy, and I really can't see even Lila mimicking them. Especially not Jean, since Jean can tap into her mind.
