This is a tough one.They can basically do the same sort of stuff except Blade is actually a vampire..the thing is he doesn't have any vampire weaknesses just strengths.I'm gonna go with him.

Didn't see the part about weapons. Even so, I've never seen Faith's skill level on the same level as Blades. I don't so much mean psychical, but actual style of combat. There's nothing in Faiths arsenal that Blade hasn't faced and defeated before.

i believe you! i mean they show them using martial arts in the tv show just to make the fights look better but how many vampires actually would take the time to go to night classes in martial arts? i doubt she would run into many who were anywhere near blade's level.

Actually he Buffy Vamps martial prowess was explained in one of the books I have laying around here. If I remember right it had something to do with te demon host or something similar to that.

think it was in "Queen of Slayers" or possibly "Little Dolls All in a Row", something about the Demons that inhabit vampire bodies being ancient and already have fighting knowledge from when they originally existed on the earth...

What I meant was it was statted or said somewhere that no matter who got bit. When they awoke as a vamp they would have basic combat training(martial prowess).

So even Joe the Truck driver with no fight training was biten, he would raise(rise?) with the ability to fight like a martial artist. (It was basically a chessy way to explain why every vamp could do a jump spinning cresent kick). All of it because the demon that was now in his soul (or lack off) knew how to.

In the second Blade movie he took on two Vampires who both displayed better skillz then anything I've ever seen Faith do. Maybe in the comics she shows something more.

I agree that Blade would win, but that doesnt mean I have to be happy about it, or stop cheering for Faith :)

I do think that Angelus would take Blade though.
