Let me correct a few things here.
D is capable of casually stopping black holes by stabbing them
D actually closed a wormhole by stabbing it. He destroyed a psuedo black hole as it was forming by first having Left Hand consume 3 of the 4 elements to give D a brief power boost to destroy the imploding shack whose atomic make up was being transformed into that of a black hole and was to be used as a trap to kill D, along with Count Broujou and Duchess Miranda.
can cross an infinite amount of space instantly
D actually has the ability to manipulate Space himself. Just as he indicated in "Twin-Shadowed Knights", D used this ability to transform a hallway that had been made infinite in length, into a 2hr light jog. Effectively contracting the space into a Finite zone that he and his party could traverse. D used the same ability within the Vault of the Akashic Record in order to create a path between himself and Mathew, turning that infinite distance within the vault into a Finite Space that he then crossed in order to prevent Matt from rewriting history.

Not to my knowledge he hasn't. D is capable of cutting dimension spaces and breaking out of sealed dimensions, which can have side-effects. Due to the nature of the Sacred Ancestor's technology and some other tech within the VHD universe operating on a 4th-Dimensional level, we can surmise that D can use his powers on a 4th dimensional level, effectively enabling him to ignore the laws of the 3dimensional universe. Hence his ability to cut through anything and to harm things that don't have form or substance within 3dimensional space.
has laughed off getting shredded to tiny pieces
D doesn't laugh. Also, has never been shredded to pieces. Though he has stood there and tanked automatic fire. To which his body instantly healed from all injuries and Left Hand spit up all the bullets that'd gone into his body. D's body has been turned entirely into water and he was able to hold his form together through sheer willpower until he was able to turn himself back.
ignored a his intestines being turned into a star
I don't recall this one. I know he killed an entity composed entirely of Light Energy. He had a blood-sucking plant growing inside his body that he removed by performing open surgery on himself.
can absorb someone's mind and soul with a gesture of his left hand
That's just a no. D can force compliance in others by placing the palm of his Left Hand against their forehead, essentially dominating their mind. Similarly D can also access the Mystic Layer of a persons psyche to bring out memories/knowledge that couldn't be retrieved otherwise.
can copy other's abilities and use them better than the original weilder
That's not really true. Rocambole could copy another Noble's abilities after seeing/experiencing it. According to Left Hand, because D is the son of the Sacred Ancestor, he can use any ability ever used by the Nobility, since SANs would possess all of them himself. It can be said D doesn't use many of these powers unless he feels he absolutely needs to. D is also the exception to every Rule.
As noted, Valcua is also the son of SANs, however he was unable to freely manipulate the Akashic Record until that fragment of SANs merged with him to give Valcua the power to do so. Yet D was able to manipulate the Akashic Record under his own power.
Surfer gets squished like a lowly insect by D, and stands at least a decent chance at killing Galactus.
That's not really true. D certainly has the capability to kill Norrin. However, Norrin still possesses speed levels which D has not indicated as of yet. The greatest estimation for D's speed came in "Tyrant's Stars Pt3&4" When Valcua fired a particle weapon at D from Mars. Given the pause in Valcua's speech to when the beam struck, we can suggest it took 3sec to strike the Earth. Going by the shortest distance between Earth and Mars, for the particle weapon to have struck the Earth in a 3sec time frame would mean it was traveling at a rate of over 90xLightspeed.
D was able to sense the attack coming and react fast enough to block it with Left Hand, using LH to consume the energy immediately around him. This is the fastest speed feat that can be quantified within VHD.
