Cap's shield has been broke three times I think. first time by beyonder's powers. the second time after it was imperfectly repaired from being broken by beyonder's powers and had Vibranium Cancer or whatever. The third time was Thor with the Odinforce."

Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet broke it as well.
