Vs.

The nerfed high-tier vs. the amped jobber. Who wins?

Thor doesn't have Jarnbjorn or his Belt of Strength

Battle starts on Earth in residential area

Both in character.

Win by death, KO, or BFR

I'd say even classic Wonder Man would give unarmed Thor a good fight, ionic Wonder Man should probably beat him more often than not.

Ionic WM for sure.

Wonder Man probably wins in a tough fight. Thor will try to brawl with him when he should just spam lightning.

Hmm... does Thor still have access to Warriors Madness when he's Unworthy? That could be a real game changer...

this thor is still a hell of a lot more durable than current thor, it's still unworthy thor just without weapons... still has lightning power and energy which is part of his power source the same way hulks gamma is.

this thor took hits from people like mangog with minimal injury... and borderline no sold everything dark hulk had to offer, among a bunch of other decent feats.

ionic wonder man doesnt have anything strength wise or durability wise that comes close.

if it were current thor vs current wonderman than obviously wonderman would have the advantage there.

@unrequited1: Yeah, he stomped beta ray bill under warriors madness while unworthy.

People will bring up the age old ancient days scan of professor hulk (one of the strongest base versions of hulk) fighting thor, but the problem is that thor was depowered, and he was only beginning to enter warriors madness near the very end of the fight...

honestly there's a reason we've never seen warriors madness thor outside of a select few instances, he literally killed the hulk and the thing at the same time when he got bloodlusted once. warriors madness is pretty much a plot device, and it probably does actually make him 10 times stronger considering how easily he has stomped people like hulk or beta ray bill just using his fists when hes bloodlusted

I don't think he would randomly go into Warrior Madness and i am not sure how effective that would be against Ionic WM, who has actually one-shot Thor in the past when he was bloodlusted.

@intothevoid: wait, when has ionic Simon one-shot Thor? Didn't he just knock him down for a couple of pages?

@toratorn: Yea, well i guess it depends on whether you view it as a one-shot or not, Thor was lying on the ground not moving besides Simons feet, so i consider it as him being out at least for a few seconds.

Simon takes it more often than not. While he is rather inconsistent, he has at high points Ko'ed Thor and Red Hulk, take the feats as you will.
