Was going to comment mismatch and then I saw the power gem!!!!

Belt of strength really doesn't need to be there. Hulk would crush Thor if it wasn't for that power gem. I'm still going to say hulk though, As thor needs to know how to use the power gem, and nonworldbreaker hulk is stronger than Thor anyways.

PG Thor wins this. He was mostly smacking people with Mjolnir /not using many of its abilities and punching them in Blood and Thunder, he doesn't need the hammer to replicate all his feats.
