Battle of the AI.

I'm guessing this is Phalanx Ultron? How exactly does he combat someone as powerful as Solaris? Will his virus prove useful? I know Solaris has a virus of his own but I'm not sure how powerful it is in comparison.
Stomp in favor of Ultron.
Ultron winning is fair enough, but a stomp? Lol. No no.
OT: Solaris should be able to just fart out another nine million mile blast and wipe out Ultron completely.

He should be able to avoid that, not to mention that he literally can take over an entire empire in hours.

How does Ultron avoid a nine million mile blast he doesn't even know about?
He did that with the Phalanx due to communicating with them out of freak accident. He doesn't have the time to replicate that here because Solaris seconds after being activated as a infant was already setting out to destroy the solar system: and that's infant Solaris, not the future one that has managed to fight evenly with Kal Kent and the future JLA, as well as genocide the Legion.

He can literally create that time during the fight. And he would literally be able to avoid it thanks to he would just side step it, or just control Solaris to stop the attack in the first place.

You're using Pymtron feats when the OP clearly shows a version that isn't Pymtron.
And he would literally be able to avoid it thanks to he would just side step it
How do you "side step" a nine million mile blast that was going to wipe out the Earth and much more?
or just control Solaris
Doubtful considering Solaris was considered the most advanced piece of tech in the future, and that included time travel, Brainiac tech, as well as devices that could manipulate reality. Solaris is no stranger to hacking due to infecting the future Hourman from the 853'd century, whom is connected to the Worlogog, which is a universal piece of New God tech.
When Ultron does something as impressive, I'm sure he'll be able to do so.

By not caring about it. Ultron can regenerate at an atomic level
@professorrespect: Also define "universal tech." Adding the word universal in front of a word doesnt make it any more impressive. Ronan the Accuser had a "universal" hammer but it didnt stop Thanos from beating his ass. I think he even broke it too iirc.

Ultron can't do that with his regular bodies, and usually requires a working model of his own to inhabit, which is how he escapes most of his many destructions via hidden factories and lairs. Such a plan doesn't really work when the whole Earth gets nuked, and you have nothing.
@professorrespect: Also define "universal tech."
Hourman's power source comes from a device that is intended to be a map of the universe in four dimensions: this allows it to manipulate time and space to a very high degree. Darkseid used it to conquer the entire universe undisputed in a future that was adverted.

I add universal because it is, it's a fully functioning reality warping source of power that allows the user to manipulate properties based on thought.
Ronan the Accuser had a "universal" hammer
And his hammer wasn't universal, it was named as such because of Ronan's role as a establisher of Kree law universally throughout society.
Ultron is pretty useless unless you make him teambuster-tier composite. Sure, Phalanx and Final Form have feats, but not enough for a solid debate.
@professorrespect

What do you mean by "regular bodies" exactly because he does this via the molecular re-arranger that's in every single body (confirmed when Iron found one inside one of his drones he destroyed and used it himself) that lets him freely manipulate every single atom in his body to the point where he can become either intangible, turn into energy, liquify adamantium, transform into biological flesh etc.

I don't see how any of this corelates to Solaris unless your argument is that he can somehow pull off these same exact feats if so, that's when scans and feats need to be posted for Solaris, not Darkseid or whoever.
Ultron is no slouch in the tech department either considering he has tech that can observe the entire multiverse and created a device that could remove galaxies from the universe and seal them off and it was stated that Galactus doesn't even have tech that can do that.
it's a fully functioning reality warping source of power that allows the user to manipulate properties based on thought.
Sounds interesting. Can Solaris himself do any of that? If so I'd like to see scans.
And his hammer wasn't universal
I know. That was my point. To be completely honest, after going through Solaris' respect thread, he doesn't look that impressive unless theres some other feats not listed there I'm not aware of.

See, that's not consistent with Ultron's stints: the molecular device he uses doesn't usually go into play when he's actually destroyed completely, and "manipulating atoms" isn't gonna cut it against Solaris's potency.

Because Solaris, you know, overwhelmed it and took over the thing that was harnessing the device in the first place? New God tech isn't exactly easy to break into.

Prep tech etc. No prep here to use.

That was Phalanx Ultron.

No, but he doesn't need anything like that to beat regular Ultron.

>not impressive
>was gonna bust a solar system within the first 10 minutes of activation, fodderized hundreds of future Legion members whom only two were needed to overpower Superman, has its own orbit, etc
Sure
