• Hank gets 1 Qwardian Ring.
• Lanterns are in character for Round 1.
• Ultron is in character both rounds.
• Lanterns are aware that Ultron is extremely dangerous on Round 2.
• On Round 2 Lanterns get help from Sodam Yat and Superboy Prime.
• No BFR.
• Win by any means.

1. Annihilation Conquest Ultron.
2. Final Form Ultron.

Going with The Lanterns here.

I don't know much about Annihilation Ultron

I do know that Ultron wins the 2nd round

Lanterns should win. Strength in numbers and all.

I don't believe strength in numbers is going to save them from Final Form Ultron.

@thekinfing: For round 2 Ultron literally one shots. Nobody here is on the level of Surfer or Quasar and even those two were one shotted. Those who ar elucky enough to survive one shot will eventually die.

I don't know about round 1.

Round 1 is questionable. Round 2 is pointless, Ultron will one shot everybody.

Lanterns lose R1 and get destroyed in R2.

Cyborg Superman, Kyle Rayner and Hal Jordan aren't on Surfer's level???

@reaverlation: I'm aware of 90% of feats for Hal Jordan and I would put him on Herald Tier but not on Silver Surfer level. Kyle and Hank are on Silver Surfer level but they are not on Quasar level.

@krleavenger: Surfer is Herald level... Quasar isn't higher than Surfer... they're all Herald level characters

Henshaw is ridiculously underrated. Team wins the first round, then they lose the second.

I know right! The guy one-shots Superman-level beings like its his job and people still put him at Supermanish-tier.

Also, you think they lose the 2nd round? Even with Prime and Yat? Is that Ultron that good.

@thekinfing: Not just his immense strength, but his versatility, durability and most importantly, his technopathy are solemnly talked about on the battle forums. I didn't realize Prime and Yat were there, the team most likely wins that round as well (albeit a close one).

@reaverlation: Quasar is Well above Surfer. They are on the same tier but not the same level.

Ms Marvel and She-Hulk are on the same tier (mid-tier) even tho She-Hulk is out of here League against Ms. Marvel.

Same goes for Hulk and Red Hulk. Both are high tiers yet Rulk gets stomped by Hulk.

I'm not saying Quasar would stomp Surfer or top tier Lanterns, I'm saying is if you are on the same tier as someone you can still be out of their League.

@larfleezy: Quasar > Surfer.

@krleavenger: I have not seen one feat from Quasar that puts him above Surfer in any catagory except probably energy manipulation and that's a big if.

@reaverlation: Maybe when Quasar easily absorbed Ego's energy, something Surfer could not do, not even close.

The Surfer has replicated the Odin Force. Just saying.

Also, in Quasar's own series they fight to a draw until Quasar throws the fight - long before any of the Surfer's upgrades, and in Starmasters Quasar thinks how far below he ranks to the Surfer.

Well considering the fact that Kang spend infinite amounts of times trying to prep for Ultron and using everything he could including Hercules with Mace, Surfer, Doom, Quasar, Magneto and others and he always failed I can't see them putting down Ultron.

Can Ultron put them down? That is debateable but no debate with them beating Ultron.

@reaverlation: Even tho he failed to preform a feat Quasar has done with ease even post annihilation? Or the fact that Quantum Bands protected Annihilus from Multi Solar busting blast without damage? Or the fact that Quasar was holding off Galactus for few minutes?

@thekinfing: I don't recall Conquest Ultron being as impressive as past versions, to be frank. But it has been years since I read that storyline.

As for Final Form, it mostly seemed like Bendis was trying too much to make Ultron appear amazing. It is far fetched to say that a big light show is all Carol Danvers, Magneto or a planet buster like Silver Surfer can muster. Sure, you could look at the picture and say, "look, Ultron was not affected by that, so he wins" but reasonably put, with all the feats the Lanterns bring to the table, you cannot justify him winning based on abilities displayed by that Ultron version alone. All you can do is look at that scan.

Superboy prime with a ring can solo ultron much less adding the rest.

Superboy is much stronger and faster on his own, add a green lantern ring for more versatility and you get an uber superboy.

Ultron is strong but he isnt beating superboy prime with a ring who would mop the floor with the team ultron defeated

@krleavenger: And? Surfer has done feats that Quasar can't hope to accomplish like matter manipulating on a planetary scale, twice. Obliterating a planet as a side affect. And as Morpheus said, Quasar ranked himself below Surfer before Surfer got his upgrade. Silver Surfer is better than Quasar.

Contrary to the nice artwork in the OP, Prime never had a SC ring as a herald of the Anti-Monitor. Just a yellow color scheme and SC insignia painted on his armor.

@reaverlation: He ranked himself lower than Ultron. Cool. Apocalypse was ranked as Omega level mutant and Magneto and Ice Man were ranked as Alpha level even tho both are above Apocalypse. Franklin Richards and Mister M were ranked as Omega Level even tho they are way beyond that level. Surfer ranked himself as weaker than Mjolnir evne tho by pure versatility and showing he is above Mjolnir. Yeah I don't give a shit about ranking stuff.

Literally every feat you mentioned can also be preformed by Quasar minus matter manipulatio (something Quasar resisted at before). I'm not gonna continue debating especially becasue I can't find scans at the moment. Th eonly thing I'm gonna say is, LOL at post above yours.

Well tc included superboy in the roster so that's an auto lose for ultron

honestly, I cant believe people think ultron would win against superboy prime alone, much less with a back up team that has sodam yat.

Nothing ultron did ever showed he is nearly as powerful as people on this thread makes him out to be.

Even tho Prime can't hurt Ultron. Every time Prime will punch Ultron, Ultron will become more durable. That is how Vibranium fused with Adamantium works. When you punch at it it absorbs kinetic energy making it more durable. It is funny how you complain about people have to read comics and know what kidn of battles they have to make, even tho you yourself just proved you don't know anything about Ultron and your whole argument is as always full of trolling, fanboyism and ignorance.

@krleavenger: Quasar keeping Galactus at bay is far from consistent or a feasible feat for a herald tier character. The Surfer encased Galactus in a cocoon and much more recently he moved a moon with the power cosmic and literally threw it at him, but I hardy credit him with giving Galactus pause.

Bump. I was drawn to this thread, somehow......

Anyway, Ultron can win both rounds pretty easily depending on what the Lantern team do here. They definitely aren't winning against Final Form through.

Round 1: Lantern’s win in hard fight IMO.

Round 2: Even Superboy Prime, I don’t see how he’s damaging FF Ultron’s armour even if he did Monarch’s.
