ultron vs apocalypse

so if  ultron vs apocalypse in a random meet, who will win and why? 
 
Both bloodlusted 
No prep 
Fight till death or KO 
 
I just can't tell who win.

Ultron IMO.
 
TP is useless against him. Apoc also can't posses his body to reborn in him. 
Apoc's classic powers aren't enough to defeat Ultron, while Ultron's can defeat Apoc IMO.

Apocalypse has the the technology of Ancient Egypt & the Celestials and you don't think he can turn off a mad 20th century killer Android? Apoc for the win.

Ultron. He is vastly more intelligent and practically indestructable. i think Apoc would be a good match, but i doubt he's getting through ultron's shields, which could tank blasts from the silver surfer, doctor doom, Kang, and many more without difficulty.

Apocalypse can win .

Why do people bring up Apocalypses' celestial tech like it supposed to mean something. He doesn't know how it works. Apocalypse admits himself that the celestial tech does things not even he understands. It practically does what it wants. He's nowhere near a celestial in power, so it pretty useless to bring it up.

Could go either way, I feel like apoc would have something raw to take him down like a virus or something, even though apoc could be a bad matchup for tron I'm gonna say ultron wins for now.

Apocalypse can absorb energy to augment his abilities, so Ultron's blasts will only empower En Sabah Nur. Ultron's armor is tough as heck, it's true, but insides are not as durable. It's possible that Apocalypse could shrink down, enter Ultron and transform himself into a diamond-hard ripsaw to shred Ultron's innards. Ultron's most promising weapon in this match would be his encephalo ray, but considering Apocalypse's willpower and psionic capabilities, I wouldn't call it a sure-fire win.

Ultron's a beast, but IMO, Apocalypse is a more powerful beast with a wider range of capabilities and greater intelligence (officially).

Still a good match I'd like to see, but I think Apocalypse wins 7/10.

I see Apocalypse winning because he has technopatchic powers meaning he can control robots, and he can also transform Ultron into a bomb like he was able to his harbringer..

Since Ultron's innards are vulnerable and Apoc can shrink/detach body parts/teleport and he has technopathy to slow Ultron down, he should be able to take this as it is a good match-up for him.

Ultron would annihilate Apocalypse.

Without prep, Apocalypse would not be able to hurt Ultron. But Apocalypse could run away...

Apocalypse is stronger and could transmute him or tecnopathy control him.

Ultron without a doubt.

Apoc's best fight is one with Young Thor. Ultron's is with Thor with Mjolnir. Ultron is team buster and if someone can control others tech, it is Ultron who gain advantage of it, not Apoc.

Apocalypse at his potential could take this.

However, as he is written (Marvel is so dumb) Ultron wins.
