Shazam and Savana smack him up and toss him around. Not sure they can destroy him though. I don't think he's strong enough to put them down, but they can't exactly destroy him either.

Sivana solos.

Ultron wins.

Ultron nukes them

Best chance is for Shazam to use his lightning to fry him. If that doesn't work Ultron wins. He was strong enough to grapple and choke Thor.

Yeah because Thor is really really good and if someone can beat Thor he/she can beat em all.

Strong enough to beat Shazam and Sivana. Unless I'm forgetting feats from them that put them above Thor.

@thearchon: Are you talking about Ultron? That wasn't the same version. OP stated Vibranium Ultron. The one that fought Cap was a much weaker body.
