Ultra Necrozma vs Arceus

Title says all. After Ultra Necrozma defeats all legendary mons, only Arceus stands to defeat it.

Setup:

Necrozma absorbed Lunala and Solgaleo (duh)

VS

Arceus.

Necrozma because he actually fainted one of my Pokemon unlike Arceus.

Did Arceus create the Ultra Beasts and Necrozma?

Game Freak suck at explaining Pocket Monster lore

If Arceus did create the Ultra Beasts and Necrozma then Arceus wins

If Arceus didn't create them...then maybe I'm leaning towards Ultra Necrozma since there must be a reason why Game Freak gave a higher base stat total to Ultra Necrozma than Arceus
