You must be thinking of an Older version of Foom.The latest is immortal and indestructable.He can also fly at mach speeds,regen and spew acid.He is also a genius and skilled in combat.

He's always been nearly immortal. Since he could sleep for thousands of years. He could always spew acid which strongly resembled fire which still couldn't even harm hulk. Fing Fang Foom as always been really hard to hurt.
Ultimo however is a monster. He has been seen to shot powerful blast so strong it could stop even Thors hammer from coming to him. Move so fast he covered a few miles with only a few steps of one step. He also has a type of doomsday factor. When lighting took him out the first time it didn't work the second time. He can also draw limiltess energy from some dimension or use outside energy sources. Fing Fang Foom can't do anything.

Not really. Fing Fang Foom is immortal in the sense he ages at a very very very very slow rate. That and His souls will simply find a new body. Ultimo will just have to get destroyed by a very very very strong force. FFF isn't that strong.
