Ultimate Thor vs Jane Foster Thor.

I don't know much about their feats so I want do know what do you guys think. If this is a mismatch then I'm sorry,it's because I don't have knowlege about their feats.

- This is Ultimate Thor at the end of Ultimates vol 2 when he defeted Loki and got all of his Asgardian powers back,not relying on Bio-Suit.

- All feats for Jane count.

- Both of them are Morals ON.

- Jane knows she is fighting other version of Thor.

- Thor knows he is fighting a woman who has Mjolnir of other version of himself.

- Fight takes place in the desert.

@newbatman: I'm going with Ultimate Thor here. He destroyed 3 Chitauri ships AND he did that when he was a Super Human. He also broke Hulk's jaw,3 ribs AND arm. As Asgardian God he broke the sphere of Children of Tomorrow (can take more than one Nuclear Explodions.

Ultimate Thor. Better use of powers, BFR ability, and superior stats in durability, speed, and striking strength.
