Ultimate Thor still wins. Reyes Ghost Rider was too much for Chulk.
At least Ultimate Thor held his own vs one of the strongest Thors in Thor Corps and outperform Beta Ray in taking a beating. Smashing Galactus into a black hole > anything Chulk done too. Add in the hax and versatility of Ult Thor, he still stomps the simple brick that is Chulk. Hell, I put Ultimate Hulk by feats over Chulk and Thor beats him fine. Just saying.
