Only advantage Tobey has is lifting strength. Thats really it.
Both have the same like precog Spider Sense. So not really a advantage either way here.
Combat experience? Ultimate in a land slide. Ultimate Tobey has faaaar better fighting track record. He fought Ultimate Green Goblin and won or at the least found a way to win. Ultimate Doc Ock >>>>>>> LA Ock who Tobey can barely deal with. How about Venom? Tobey Venom was a joke where Ultimate dealt with Carnage, and Venom at the same time. Hell Ultimate has taken on the Ultimates with his Venom suit and needed Ultimate Thor to beat him lol.
Ultimate also fought the likes of Enforcers, Elektra, a super strength King Pin, Spider Clones, Ultimate Reed Richards, events of Ultimantum, Spot, hydra organization, Electro, Wolverine, Sandman, Vulture, Hulk, and more. Tobey has only dealt with Green Goblin, Harry, weaker Venom, Sandman, Doc Ock, and somewhat ASM Lizard, and Electro. Hardly comparable.
Web use and spam? Ultimate. He uses webs better and tag far superior skilled/speedy foes with it.
Lift strength? Tobey. he is in the 20 ton area. Still ultimate is not weak, in fact he has some feats Tobey never shown.
Spider Man with effort rips apart two steel bars, both several inches thick.
Spider Man with one hand throws a submerge car, meaning car weight and water weight added on, over 20 feet.
Peter lifts and slams a 9 ton moving truck over and over again. All the while bleeding to death.
Striking strength? Ultimate Pete has many times match strength and hit hard on beings like Green Goblin and Hulk.
Peter knocks out with two punches the SUPER DURABLE and in 616 Marvel comics now Miles. With two blows.
Ultimate Goblin is so durable that missiles and SHIELDs best anti Hulk weapons do no noticeable damage. Peter with several serious blows not only stuns Goblin but draw heavy amount of blood.
This mini Hulk easily overpowered Spider Woman, and took her down. Peter in turn hits him so hard that he crashes and destroys various metal equipment. He was KOed after this blow.
Even Ultimate Hulk will grunt in pain at Peter's best blows highest end. Lets not pretend at all Tobey has feats close to this.
Speed? Even. Both have dodge "electricity" from electro. Though Ultimate Spider Man done this better in many ways.
Spider Man fast enough to avoid the electrical attacks of Electro consistently time and time again.
Spider Man is shown flat out dancing around the combine attacks of Montana's expert whip, Fancy Dan's marksmanship, and Electro's blasts. Tagged only once by Ox running up and grabbing Peter after a explosion distracted Peter. Then Peter goes right back to dancing around the follow up attacks. This was all very early and un train Peter too.
This is also Ultimate peter ALL DAY. Tobey simply has no feats to compare. I mean Ultimate Peter has a super healing factor and is Immortal.
As stated Ultimate Peter has a super duper Healing factor now, and is effectively Immortal as Green Goblin thanks to Oz.
Peter shrugs off powerful grenade that was right near the back of his head.
Peter's body was durable enough to withstand the original Ultimate Hulk attempts to crush his skull.
Peter is shot through the gut with a Barrete .50 Cal Sniper Rifle. The kind of rifle that blows human limbs off.
Not only Peter survives the .50 Cal gunshot, but simply webs the wound up and competes evenly enough with the Sinister Six while bleeding to death. Taking care of Sinister Six, kills Green Goblin, and then finally succumbs to death.
There is simply no way anyone can debate feat for feat why Tobey should win. At all. Not one. Though I suspect popularity will cloud judgements, and thats how CV roles, Is what it is.
