Who wins and why?

I'm going to go with Bakugo, unlike deku he can get through initial webbing and I think he can possibly overwhelm Peter. Could be wrong though

What version of the character? Or is it a composite? movie feats included?

The movie is canon according to Horokoshi. I will say this is composite anime and manga feats.

Not sure what this kid has that Ultimate Goblin does not.

@jashro44: If it was just manga, I would ignore the movie because I find the feats in the movie to be inconsistent with the manga. The anime has plenty more over the top feats so it's fine.

I think that Bakugo overwhelms Peter with all of the explosions when he is not holding back they have big power output. Ultimate Spider man's speed has never impressed me that much and I don't think that he is faster than Midoriya so Bakugo shouldn't have that much problem with him.

@jashro44: so you made a mismatch? If the kid has everything Goblin has and then some he stomps Pete as notmal Goblin stomps peter every time.

He isn't as durable as green goblin and doesn't have his healing factor. He also isn't anywhere near as strong.
