both are bloodlusted. they fight in the danger room. this fight is a hand to hand combat only. bb can not use is voice or any other energy projection. he can only use it to amp his strength. contenders win via tko, ko, kill
Unless Colossus did something after Ult. X-Men #95 (I stopped reading at that point) that made him stronger, Black Bolt wins. He's MUCH faster and a better fighter. Not stronger, but he is a better fighter.
