Cap takes it with superior skill and speed and the shield as his main focus of attack hes went toe to toe with guys above Mr Incredible and can do wo here as well in a decent fight.

No doubt cap has superior skill and speed but Mr. Incredible's durability and strength are on another level all together. Syndrome's data page on him said he was at least a 55 tonner (!) and he's done things like stopping a full speed train with his hands. He's tanked ridiculous attacks with damage output Cap can't match. While he may not have TOO many speed feats, he's at least reacted to Dash and isn't really SLOW by any means in his fight with the omnidroid. And he certainly isn't an expert martial artist but he's a veteran superhero with lots of experience and combat aptitude. I don't realistically see Cap overcoming those insane physical stats tho.

What's Cap got on Bob redirecting ferry's, lifting submarine's, being crushed by massive building sized+ metal drills, reacting to energy blasts and fodderizing other Supers + Villains?

Bringing down Ultimate Hulk for a few moments (the only reason the fight didn't end there was that Hulk could regenerate and nothing was putting him down permanently), tearing apart the War Machine armor, having an extended fight against a being capable of lifting military trucks and one-shotting armored vault doors, tanking a series of attacks from Ultimate Juggernaut and KO'ing him after Wolverine removed his helmet...

Ultimate Cap made a career out of fighting bricks apparently above his league.

All these Cap fanboys should shave off, Mr Incredible freaking stomps Steve, we're talking about a freaking extremely physically powerful superhuman who can lift a behemoth robotic mechanism weighing probably around 50 Tons and who can shrug extreme damage (definitely way worse than getting hit by that shield multiple times). Bob grabs Cap and tears him in four separate parts, period.

Cap stricking strength and Durabity is more like 616 Spider Man level. I doubt by feats Bob can put him down. Giant Man, Hulk, War Machine, Kleiser, Thor, Juggernaut, Assemble, 616 Miss America, and more have Mr Incredible stats or superior stats. All got wreck by Cap.

Add in superior speed and skill, Bob has no chance.
