Chandler wins even in base. An attack arguably on par with Ulquiorra’s Lanza only have him a bloody lip. He has better stats, is more versatile, and has better regen.

Chandler beats Base Ulquiorra and possibly 1st Resurrection but he losses to 2nd Etapa.

Chandler actually stomps. He hard counter's ulquiorra's lanza with full counter (which would kill ulqui as even ulqui himself admitted that he didn't want to set lanza off in his vicinity), FC doubles the power of the attack back to its user, ulqui would get killed by it. Chandler is also superior in speed and physical strength, with a ton of hax, there is no way uqlui is winning this IMO.

Ulquiorra didn't survive that Cero, it blew apart all of his organs. He regenerated only superficially, which prolonged the inevitable by maybe a minute or so. Effectively, he was oneshot.

And even if you do argue Ichigo's Cero is indeed above Lanza, Full Counter returns attacks with greater than twice the force, which is more than you could effectively prove the Cero's power amounts to.

The answer to the LN debate was right there all along. With that being said Ulq himself stated that if Ichigo somehow overcame him which would obviously include overcoming his Ceros Oscuras,

Then we have SE Ulq which would be above all of them with his own Ceros Oscuras and Lanza being far above it.

Chandler isn’t full countering anything not only because it isn’t magic but also because it’s completely out of his league. He certainly isn’t tanking anything either, with this evidence no one in NNT can “tank” a Lanza.

Ulquiorra would obliterate the entire seven deadly sins verse, putting him against a random slow demon minion who is just one of the two halves of the original demon is a joke since even the original demon himself was a fodder and would be completely useless against even base form ulquiorra, in his second awakening he scales even massively above chaos and reality warpiing, nobody there would ever stand a chance against someone like him, let alone to even perceive his speed and the destruction he has brought upon them
