@gilateen: just to say, the gauntlet is a bit out of order. Assuming this is everyone's base forms and it's EoS, why is Gildarts, Laxus and Jellal below Mard Geer? Why is August below Natsu, Irene and Zeref (Zeref's immortality is the only thing he has on August, August outranks him in pretty much every other stat).

Don't think it really matters, the point is that he won't get one shot just by a simple sword strike. Also iirc August copied Cobra's precognition which can let him read people's thoughts so he'll know what Ulquiorra will do beforehand.

Precognition only goes so far when the gap in speed is this large.

Believe me dude, I have been more than just 'trying', 6 months ago people would have said All Might blitzes and solos the verse, the effort it took to even get to this stage was more than you can know.

Never said that it would prevent him from attacking. It would allow him to defend himself. If he knows that Ulquiorra will draw him sword, then he'll instantly use his relfector to defend against him.

Yeah, plenty. If clashing with and walking all over Grimmjow wasn't enough, then being strong enough to fight Visored Ichigo surely is.

It isn't impressive because the character who stabbed him isn't nearly as strong as Ulquiorra. If his best piercing resistance feat doesn't stack up to how strong Ulquiorra is, then he gets killed.

The feats agree with me in this respect. If you're going to arbitrarily assume that he can survive much stronger attacks than he has tanked, arguing with you is completely pointless.

I'm fully aware. If we look back at your post history, you only joined this site almost two years ago, meaning that you yourself are part of this "new gen" you keep referring to. I've met a lot of users in my short time here, and your assessment doesn't match up.

I think you're misinterpreting the feat, August literally got his body pierced by Brandish. August didn't tank Brandish attack. The point I'm trying to make is that he has the endurance to survive being stabbed. If August already got his body fully pierced through by Brandish, then how does he does he just die from getting pieces through by someone who is stronger? By your logic, if someone were to get stabbed through the chest by a 12 year old, then they would take more damage is they were stabbed through the chest by a body builder. Being stabbed through the chest is best stabbed through the chest. Being stronger isn't going to make much of a difference.
