Not sure what happened in the new chapters, but if Roshi really managed to contented a serious Jiren he stomps them all, but if the moment is a outlier or have some context, I give that to the duo.

Roshi via blitz. UI is the perfect counter to UI, as it is specifically stated that you cannot use your mind whatsoever or the technique would not work. And you don’t need to think either which is how the transformation works. Thus genjutsu is a bit of a non factor. Also he should be much faster with UI then either of the duo, if we use super scaling.

The anime is canon for me. It’s like everytime we get comfortable with something from the Dragonball series we get it snatched away with “oh that isn’t canon.”

They are making Roshi be able to dodge and fight on par with Jiren, Gohan go toe to toe with Kefla, and I just recently found out SSJ Blue Evolution Vegeta isn’t canon. I’m done with Toyotaro.

1- Naruto and Sasuke were already Moon+ Level with Relavistic speed, after getting power boosts from Hagoromo

2- Roshi was never Moon buster in DBZ or DB. The moon destroying feat Roshi did during the 21st Budokai is often regarded as an outlier at this point of the series due to stronger characters not demonstrating such a feat until the Saiyan Saga.

It’s a big difference between DBS Roshi and DB Roshi.

@loveeveryone: Roshi in base was breaking huge formations of kachi-kachin. Lachi-kachin was stated to be stronger than kachin in U7. Base Gohan coulnd't even scratch a block of kachin. Roshi >>>> Buu Saga Base Gohan. Base Gohan >>>>>> Nardoverse.

Alternatively, Roshi stomped Tien. Tien back in Saiyan Saga was already stronger than Piccolo was back when he could casually destroy the Moon (much better feat than anything in Nardo), and he got only stronger in Cell saga. Roshi >>>> Cell Saga Tien >>> Saiyan Saga Tien > Nardoverse.

I can go extra mile and scale Roshi to DBS Base Goku... But I won't. Why bother when Roshi can stomp their verse with non-contoversal feats anyway?

@toratorn: I didn’t see that episode with roshi and katchin. I thought you were talking about DBZ / DB Roshi. But yeah Z roshi gets stomped by Naruto or Sasuke. Any roshi in DBS beats Naruto / Sauce due to plot armor roshi. I for one think roshi being so much stronger and being able to dodge Jiren is ridiculous. He shouldn’t be stronger than KRILLIN.

I was talking about anime DBS Roshi who didn't show any of these "dodging Jiren" shenanigans.

@loveeveryone: Toyatoro didn’t make Super Saiyan Blue Evolved Vegeta non canon, it’s just something that Toei made by their own will. They did the same thing with Super Saiyan Rage Trunks, he only exists in the anime but not in the manga because he was Toei’s idea.

UI Roshi doesn't exist, Jiren was adjusting his power level, which allowed Roshi to dodge some of his attacks. Even if Roshi had UI amenotejikara would destroy him

Roshi shitstomps, he was using a unique form of UI due to having so much experience of being a martial artist.

Hell even DBS Anime Roshi shitstomps, he was putting in work during the tournament.

He doesn’t have UI he is just good at reading his oppenets movements. Anywase DBZ Roshi would get stomped. But DBS Roshi is too much for Naruto and stomps their verse literally, as he should logically be Large Star Level for defeating Tenshinhan in Dragonball Super Episode 89.

No one in Naruto can harm Roshi in Dragonball Super. As the person above said ^ they get stomped.
