Obito can become intangible as he approaches Yamamoto, and is struck by a Gudodama that Yamamoto knows nothing about, and a flame with the dubious temperature of the Sun won't help him.

Ichigo did not show anything impressive to be on a par with Obito in terms of destructive power, it is difficult to say about the speed given that Ichigo in the New Shikai could not escape and react to the girl and got hit in the face, also all his attacks are either erased by Gudodama or pass through him also deflected by Shinra Tensei.
